Contractors may obtain electronic copies of plans and specifications from the Capital Projects Manager,
Ryan Brodwater by phone at (509) 343-1693 or email at rbrodwater@spokanetransit.com. Plans and
specifications may also be viewed at local and regional plan centers.
The project consists of bus stop improvements along the Monroe-Regal corridor. These improvements will
include traffic control, demolition, civil and electrical construction in preparation for new station and shelter
amenities.
The installation of new station shelters and amenities will be performed under a separate procurement with
Spokane Transit. Installation work will be scheduled upon completion of this project.

The minimum prevailing wage provisions for Washington State law or Federal Davis Bacon, whichever is
greater, as well as federal wage provisions apply to this project including but not limited to certified payroll
submittal. Use of DBE/MBE/WBE/MWBE contractors and suppliers is encouraged but not mandatory.
Contractors submitting bids may contact the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business
Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.
The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive minor informalities in the
process.
No contractor submitting a bid may withdraw their bids after hour set for opening thereof unless contract
award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
