specifications may also be viewed at local and regional plan centers.
The project generally consists of constructing bus stops improvements along the Division Street corridor.
These improvements include removal of existing bus pullouts, and installation of curb, sidewalk, and ADA
The minimum prevailing wage provisions for Washington State law or Federal Davis Bacon, whichever is
greater, as well as federal wage provisions apply to this project including but not limited to certified payroll
submittal. Use of DBE/MBE/WBE/MWBE contractors and suppliers is encouraged but not mandatory.
Contractors submitting bids may contact the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business
Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.
The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive minor informalities in the
