Use of DBE/MBE/WBE/MWBE contractors and suppliers is encouraged but not mandatory.
Contractors submitting bids may contact the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s
Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.
The minimum prevailing wage provisions of Washington state law apply to this locally funded
project.
The Agency reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive minor informalities in
the process.
No contractor submitting may withdraw their bids after hour set for opening thereof unless contract
award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
