Omak School District No. 19, Omak, WA, is presently soliciting competitive Prime Contract Bids for Security Upgrades at the Omak High School and North Elementary School buildings. Sealed bids will be received at the district office located at 619 W. Bartlett Ave./P.O. Box 833, Omak, WA 98841. No other agent is authorized to receive bids. Bids will be received until 10:00 AM local time, on February 12th, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders are invited to attend. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.

SUBMITTAL TIME/DATE/LOCATION: Prior to 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 12th, 2020, at the Omak School District office located at 619 W. Bartlett Ave./P.O. Box 833, Omak, WA. Public Bid Opening will commence at approximately 10:05 AM at the same location. Within 24 hours following the bid opening, results will be emailed to bidders.
PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: 10:30 A.M, Thursday, January 30th, at the High School located at 20 Cedar St S, Omak, WA 98841. Inquire at the front desk upon arrival for final room location. Attendance is not mandatory.

The complete Bid Form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.

The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Okanogan County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The “Effective Date” for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above.
