You are invited to submit a Bid to the Owner for construction of a building located at 4418 East 8th Avenue,
Spokane Valley, WA. Owner will receive Bids at the office of the Spokane Conservation District located at
210 N. Havana St. until 2:00 PM local prevailing time on the 28th day of May, 2020. Bids not received by
the indicated time will not be opened. This is a two phase bid opening, with Alternates and Sub-contractor
listings due by 3:00 PM at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: The project is a 12,436 square foot single story office building. Primarily wood
framed with structural steel components. Siding materials are a mix of cor-ten and barnwood siding. Roofing
is TPO. Interiors include finished office space and open to structure public spaces. Site work includes
parking. landscaping and driveway paving.

Owner requests the Project to be substantially complete in 210 calendar days. Based on current COVID-19
schedule impacts, the owner will work with the selected contractor to refine schedule as needed. Bidder shall
insert Project completion time in the space provided on the Bid Form.

General Contract Bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 002113 -
Instructions to Bidders

Bidding Documents for a Stipulated Price contract may be obtained from Standard Printworks, 256 W.
Riverside; Spokane, WA upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by cash or certified check, in the amount of
$100 for one set. Please make checks payable to Integrus Architecture.
Documents can be obtained only by General Contract and Subcontract Bidders. Others may view the Bid
Documents at the listed plan centers:

Abadan (Spokane)
Associated Builders and Contractors (Spokane Valley)
Associated General Contractors (Spokane)
Spokane Regional Plan Center (Spokane)

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 002113 -
Instructions to Bidders. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 002113 – Instructions
to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a
condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
Spokane Conservation District Phase I Office

A pre-bid meeting will be held for all Bidders at 2:00PM local prevailing time on the 12th day of May,
2020, located at the Conservation District office, located at 210 N. Havana St. Immediately following, there
will be a tour of the project site, 4418 East 8th Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA. General Contract Bidders are
strongly urged to attend. Due to COVID-19, please RSVP to Jose Barajas, jbarajas@integrusarch.com how
many members of your team will be attending the meeting at the Conservation District Office. We are
limited to 30 members. Others can join the site tour afterwards.
